Welcome to Holy Hoops Training, where passion, dedication, and faith come together to develop elite basketball players. Meet Nahri Wolfrey, a 22-year-old basketball trainer with a powerful story of perseverance and resilience.

Nahri has played basketball his entire life, but his journey hasn’t been without challenges. In middle school, he was placed on the B team in 8th grade. As a freshman at North Cobb High School, he was cut from the team, prompting a transfer to Kell High School. His sophomore year saw some progress as he played junior varsity and earned a spot on the varsity bench at the end of the season. However, during his junior year, Nahri was cut again. Instead of giving up, Nahri chose a different path — relentless training and unwavering commitment. He trained every single day and attended college camps, eventually earning interest from Barry University in Florida. Though unfortunate circumstances kept him from playing at the collegiate level, Nahri never stopped pursuing his passion for basketball. Today, Nahri is a dedicated basketball trainer for athletes of all ages. His training expertise has reached as high as high-major Division I athletes, and he’s determined to work with NBA and WNBA players in the near future. Through every setback and triumph, Nahri’s faith in Jesus Christ has been his guiding light. His mission at Holy Hoops Training is not only to develop exceptional basketball players but to inspire them to walk in faith, knowing that with God, all things are possible.
